Note: If you have trouble getting through the window try to crouch down, it helped in my case. Go inside through the broken window and take the key that lies on the chair. To get there you must move the rack and then break the window. You will find the key in another part of the church. To get to this tower you must enter through the door on the ground level of the church. The map is located on top of Sancta Helena's Church tower.
